Day 1: Paarl - Wellington

Guests can enjoy quad bike tours on the estate, led by an experienced guide. The tours take place on horse trails, allowing one to enjoy the scenery and views. Several routes are available, ranging from 30 minutes to two hours, as well as a fun obstacle course. Safety training is provided, and the trail operates 7 days a week.

Visitors to the Tasting Room will appreciate the understated elegance of the cool, air conditioned, blue, and white interior, the perfect back- drop for the award-winning wines. It is situated in the original wagon house built of the late 19th century. With light flowing in from its large windows and doors guests are invited to linger awhile to taste and purchase superb wines.

Wellington Country House is the perfect destination for business travellers, small groups of friends and family wishing to visit the Cape Winelands, South Africa. Wellington is on the R301 tourist route, meandering through Bainskloof and neighbouring wine farms and wedding venues. For the adventurists, cycling, MTB, horse riding, hik- ing and abseiling are available in the immediate area. The house only caters to private groups (between 2 and 8 people) on an exclusive-use basis.
Day 2: Wolseley - Ceres - Tulbagh

Loxtonia is always thinking of new and exciting cider flavors to tantalize the taste buds – and can’t wait to share them with you! Cellar tours and farm tours can also be experienced.
The restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients sourced from local producers, as well as their seasonal permaculture garden. Waver- ley Hills strives to serve delicious, quality food in a relaxed country atmosphere with beautiful views all year round. In summer you will experience the vineyards bursting into life and an abundance of bird and wildlife on the farm. In winter, the fireplaces will be burning and the surrounding mountain snow-capped.

to Willow Creek Olive Estate where one can enjoy the complete olive experience – from tree to table. Here you can only hear the sounds of birds and farm life. Visit the tasting room, nestled amongst olive trees with beautiful mountain views and enjoy the fresh air and goodness of nature.
Chef Kim has created a casual menu with hearty breakfast, salads and light meals for lunch, as well as wholesome country-style pies and other delicious grab-to-go options. The shelves are stacked with an array of bottled goods like pickeld garlic, fig and almond jam, onion marmelade, freshly baked bread and pastries made by in-house pâtissier Chef Rafieq.
Gin tasting at Monk’s Gin Distillery
MONKS gins are handcrafted and double-distilled in small batch-
es using a hybrid artisanal still called ‘Jennifer’. Expect intensely flavour-forward botanicals, nine of them hand-picked and many endemic to the area. Combine with crystal-clear mountain waters and the result is a rewarding one, featuring ripples of citrus, berries and Cape Buchu.
