BMDHS together with the Kwena Group will be hosting the first Urban Sports Festival on 8-10 August 2024.
The vision is to make this a national annual event. With 12 Participating Schools within the Western Cape we will host an event which will allow these young sports enthusiasts to have a competitive chance to be named the Urban Warriors, be part of and participate in the World Schools Festival. This year the festival will include Rugby, Netball and Sevens giving our winners international travel opportunities and exposure not given before.
For the not so sporty, we have incorporated the Urban Music Festival. Allowing musicians and DJ’s to showcase their talent while being judged by our Celebrity panel. On day 3 the Winner/s will receive the title of Titans of Talent and Beat Clash DJ 2024 winning cash prizes and opportunities to perform alongside our guest artists at the Gala Prizegiving evening on the 10th August.
