JAKHALS MTB & TRAIL RUN

The annual JAKHALS MTB & TRAIL RUN Challenge once again offers participants an exhilarating experience. This time with its scenic and challenging routes around Jonkersberg near Geelhoutboom. This much-anticipated event draws both mountain biking and trail running enthusiasts. Straight to the picturesque Arendsrus Country Lodge, which serves as the race village and preferred accommodation for the event. As in previous years, Arendsrus will be the heart of the event. Providing a welcoming atmosphere for participants and spectators alike.

The JAKHALS MTB & TRAIL RUN Challenge is a key event in the Eden XCM Series. Attracting competitors from across the region. Moreover, participants can choose from a variety of race distances to suit their skill level and preferences. The mountain biking categories include 26km, 38km, and 52km routes, while an E-bike option is also available for the 52km distance. Additionally, for trail runners, a 9km route offers a thrilling run through the beautiful terrain surrounding Jonkersberg.
