All-inclusive remuneration and market related package. (Cost to Company)

This is contractual position is subject to the successful candidate signing a performance agreement and

successfully completing the three-month probationary period.

Purpose of the vacancies:

To assist in the management of the Agency’s performance management system and strategic planning processes.

In addition, the incumbent will liaise with the various Stakeholders in relation to the Agency’s performance.

Requirements:

The applicant must be in possession of a relevant degree in either auditing/commerce, computer science,

information systems, data management science and/or statistics/mathematics

 At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

 Knowledge of the PFMA is essential.

 Knowledge of the South African policy environment, particularly economic policy would be an advantage.

 This includes delivering on designated areas of responsibility in the Wesgro Business Plan.

Duties:

The applicant will be responsible for the following core functions:

 Compile quarterly and annual performance reports; assist in the compilation of the strategic plans, annual

performance plans and operational plans; and maintain accurate and complete records.

 Prepare and be responsible for all documents as authorised by the various stakeholders.

 Coordinate institutional-wide monitoring and evaluation of activities and appropriately disseminate

information and results, including output and outcome assessments.

 Submit progress reports, with the appropriate evidence and due diligence exercised, to the Provincial

Government of the Western Cape, the City of Cape Town and other government authorities.

 Carry out duties as directed by governance requirements in terms of legislation and policies as required.

 Assist the CEO/CSO/CFO on matters related to the coordination of institutional, provincial and local

government plans and planning processes.

 Coordinate the submission of management reports.
