Purpose of the Job:

As a newly implemented and holistic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Project ANN is seeking to appoint an intern to the Special Projects unit. Project ANN is an IT-based platform, which allows Wesgro staff to interact with external stakeholders in a holistic, dynamic and efficient manner. The system is employed across all levels of the organisation and covers an array of CRM and Data Management operations. This is an excellent platform for a dynamic graduate whom aims to kick-start a career in the field of Customer Relationship and Data Management. The successful candidate will be primarily focused on cleaning the CRM databases and ensuring that Wesgro is working with relevant, up to date and clean customer data.


The applicant must be in possession of an appropriate diploma/degree in business, administration or data sciences. Applicants must demonstrate sound knowledge of Data Management. The applicant will be expected to take initiative and be innovative/creative in assisting the project team with the various aspects of the project.

Seek out duplicate entries in the CRM system, assess them against the databases and clean out the entries according to the clean data principles provided under the guidance of the project lead. Assisting the Project ANN team with administrative requirements in order to meet operational deadlines.
