Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Campaign Manager will be responsible for helping to develop and implement marketing campaigns across tourism, trade, investment, and film. The incumbent will be responsible for helping with the development of campaign marketing plans, keeping up to date with the latest digital trends, and coordinating campaigns within the marketing team and with department heads. The incumbent will be deeply involved in managing partner agencies for strategic campaigns with the Head of Marketing.


Qualifications and experience required

  • 7 years+ experience in advertising, marketing, communications
  • Previous experience working as a marketing manager would be an advantage
  • A track record of B2C and B2B campaigns, and a good understanding of both
  • An understanding of marketing budgets, and specifically agency billing
  • Prior experience in project management a plus
  • A strong understanding of the distribution channels for the industry
  •  Digital and content marketing experience
  • Experience with applying data analytics tools and techniques

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop internal and external campaign strategies to present to the Head of Marketing
  • Manage the overall brand portfolio and support marketing activities (Internal and External
  • Marketing Campaigns, Event Management, Exhibitions and Sponsorships, Internal Business Projects)
  • Make recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Responsible for creating and delivering marketing tactics and advertising campaigns
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and analysis of strategic projects related to tourism, trade, investment, and film
  • Responsible for processing and/or scheduling web-based advertising
  • Work closely with the research unit to gain insight to inform campaigns, both for the agency and for strategic projects
  • Create B2B campaigns for tactical days and months for the agency
  • Evaluate the impact of campaigns in achieving their stated objectives: the ability to generate reports is vital
  • Monitor and manage expenses within the allocated marketing budget: this is done with the Head of Marketing
  • Stay current on market trends, best practice, and competitors
  • Inform manager on potential competitive threats and propose corrective actions
  • Stakeholder management and inclusion, including key organisational partners
  • Present to Head of Marketing or Exco when needed, with a keen understanding of strategic storytelling
